The sizing property of CISDF868TC specific size mixture for polyester cotton blended variety was introduced. The sizing principle and properties of the size mixture were analyzed. The application effects of polyes- ter cotton varieties with higher tightness in some textile enterprises at home and abroad were taken as examples and explained. It is pointed out that adhesiveness of the size mixture is better. It has better sizing performance and lower cost in the replacement of PVA for the sizing of polyester cotton blended variety. It can meet the demands of higher efficiency and higher quality from higher speed air-jet loom. Moreover, it is more accord with the re quirement of environmental protection. It is considered that the size mixture has better effect on sizing without PVA and is worthy to be promoted.
