融合与单纯减压对比治疗腰椎管狭窄症的Meta分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:Meta分析方法系统评价融合与单纯减压在治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法:按Cochrane系统评价方法,计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、中国知网、万方及维普公开发表的关于融合与单纯减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床或随机对照研究,纳入研究的数据提取和质量评价由2名研究者独立进行,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行数据分析。结果:纳入6篇随机对照试验,共574例患者。融合与单纯减压对比在治疗腰椎管狭窄症手术时间(P<0.000 01)上差异有统计学意义。两种手术方式在JOA评分(P=0.27)、ODI评分(P=0.42)、术中出血量(P=0.26)以及症状缓解(P=0.16)上均显示差异无统计学意义。结论:融合与单纯减压在腰椎管狭窄症的治疗上无显著的疗效差异,但其手术时间高于椎板减压。
