摘要 目的阐述近年来毛细管电泳手性拆分的机理研究进展。方法归纳国内外最新的文献报道,对目前主流的三类毛细管电泳手性识别机理研究方法进行综述。结果采用计算机分子模拟,结合毛细管电泳分析法和光谱分析法,可以从分子水平上研究毛细管电泳拆分体系的手性识别机理。结论计算机分子模拟技术已成为毛细管电泳手性拆分机理研究领域中的一种十分有力的工具。 Objective To summarize the chiral separation mechanism in capillary electrophoresis (CE) .Method The latest domestic and foreign literatures of the mechanism research in CE enantioseparation were reviewed .Result Chiral resolution mechanism in CE has been illustrated by computer molecular modeling study at the molecular level ,combined with CE analysis and spectral anal‐ysis .Conclusion Computer molecular modeling has been proven to be a very powerful tool in chiral separation mechanism re‐search .
