摘要
肉质性状对于家禽产业来说非常重要。为了获得影响鸡肉质性状的SNPs以及候选基因,本研究使用Illumina公司的鸡60K SNP芯片,对京海黄鸡的4个肉质性状(FLM、FBM、PLM、PBM)进行全基因组关联分析。结果表明:共鉴定出9个与肉质性状显著关联的SNPs位点,其中,有2个SNPs达到5%Bonferroni全基因组显著水平(P<1.8E-6),7个SNPs位点达到5%Bonferroni全基因组潜在显著水平(P<3.59E-6)。9个SNPs定位于LOC101747478、CBLN2、HPGDS、SETD2、ANKRD46、ZFPM2和GRM4 7个基因的附近或内部,该7个基因可能为影响京海黄鸡4个肉质性状的重要候选基因。构建5 650种单倍型,单倍型分析表明,只有一种单倍型与FLM性状显著相关。以上结果显示,本研究发现的9个SNPs和7个基因可能为影响京海黄鸡4个肉质性状的重要候选标记和基因。
Meat quality traits are very important to poultry industry. To identify SNPs and candidate genes affecting meat quality traits, a genome-wide association study was performed using the Illumina chicken 60K SNP Beadchip in Jinghai Yellow Chicken. Four meat quality traits (FLM, FBM, PLM and PBM)were measured. The results showed that there were nine SNPs loci associated with meat quality traits significantly.Two of which reached 5% Bonferroni genome-wide significant level (P〈1.8E-6) and seven of which reached 5% Bonferroni genome-wide potentially significant level (P〈3.59E-6) .These SNPs loci located nearby or in seven candidate genes including LOC101747478, CBLN2, HPGDS, SETD2, ANKRD46, ZFPM2and GRM4. These seven genes may beimportant candidate geneswhich influence four meat quality traits in Jinghai Yellow Chicken. 5,650 haplotpyes were established and haplotpye analysis showed that only one was associated with FLMsignificantly. The results indicated that these nine SNPs loci and seven genes found in the study might be important candidate markers and genes which influence four meat quality traits in Jinghai Yellow Chicken.
