日粮铜来源及水平对猪血液生化指标及含铜酶活性的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Dietary Copper Sources and Levels on Blood Biochemical Indexes Indexes and Enzyme Activities in Piglets

摘要 选用75头遗传背景相同、胎次相近、公母各半,约45日龄,体重(14.00±0.30)kg的三元杂交健康仔猪,采用完全随机化设计随机分为5个处理组,每个处理组5个重复,每个重复3头。研究不同添加水平(10、150、300 mg/kg)和不同来源的(硫酸铜,蛋氨酸铜)铜对猪部分血液生化指标及含铜酶活性的影响。结果表明:添加不同铜源和水平的铜对猪日增重和饲料增重比均无显著差异(P>0.05);添加不同铜源对甘油三酯、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05);300 mg/kg铜可显著提高谷丙转氨酶A活性(P<0.01)、血清铜兰蛋白活性(P<0.01);显著降低血清胆固醇、血清尿素氮含量(P<0.01)。添加150 mg/kg铜均显著提高血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05)。氨基酸铜源可显著提高血清铜兰蛋白活性,显著降低血清胆固醇、血清尿素氮含量(P<0.01)。 The experiment was conducted to examine the levels (10, 150, 300 mg/kg) on blood biochemical traits same genetic background similar, parity, half male and effect of different copper sources (CuSO4 and Cu-Met) and and enzyme activities in piglets. A total of seventy-five with half female crossbred healthy piglets (BW, 14.00±0.30 kg,about 45 days of age), were randomly assigned into 5 treatments with 5 replicates and 3 animals per pen. The results showed that there was no significant difference in ADG and feed/gain (P〉0.05); no significant difference in aspartate albumin, total protein, aminotransferase, glutathione peroxidase, copper zinc superoxide dismutase and triglyceride (P〉 0.05); the levels of alanine aminotransferase, ceruloplasmin enzyme activities were significantly increased with the increase of copper (P〈0.01); serum Triglyceride and Serum urea nitrogen content decreased with increased levels copper (P〈0.01), Glutathione peroxidase Copper zinc superoxide dismutase activity increased both with 150 mg/kg Cu (P〈0.05); serum Ceruloplasmin activity increased while serum Cholesterol and Serum urea nitrogen content decreased AA-Cu(P〈0.01).
