摘要
提出了一种耐火纤维喷涂炉衬的计算机辅助设计方法 ,给出了耐火纤维喷涂炉衬材料导热系数的温度依赖关系的计算机拟合方程式 ,在此基础上进行了炉衬厚度及其内部温度分布的计算机设计与计算。对两个石化工业炉案例进行的分析核算表明 ,采用计算机辅助设计方法简便 ,结果可靠 。
A method of computer aided design(CAD) of the brasque by spraying with refractory fibers was presented, and a computer fitting equation of the temperature dependence of thermal conductivity of the refractory fiber spraying brasque material was given. According to it, the computer design and calculation of the brasque thickness and distribution of inner temperature were processed. Through the analysis and validation of two petrochemical industrial furnaces, it is found that using CAD is simple, reliable, and practical.
