摘要
目的探讨社区护理人员的焦虑和抑郁现状,并分析护理人员焦虑和抑郁与其生活质量之间的关系。方法于2014年3-11月,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、护理人员抑郁量表(GDS)、生活质量量表(MOS SF-36)对辽宁省锦州市400家社区医院800位护理人员进行问卷调查,同时对护理人员焦虑和抑郁症与其生活质量之间进行相关分析。结果护理人员焦虑发生率为44.5%,抑郁发生率为50.8%,且护理人员焦虑和抑郁情绪情况的评分与护理人员生活质量总分以及各维度的评分均呈负向相关关系,即焦虑和抑郁得分较高的护理人员,其生活质量偏低,护理人员焦虑和抑郁与其总体健康之间相关系数分别为r=-0.425、r=-0.426,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该社区护理人员焦虑和抑郁的发生率较高,社区医院管理者要重视护理人员焦虑和抑郁等情绪问题,提高护理人员的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression status of community nurses, and analyze the relationship between caregiver anxiety, depression and quality of life among them. Methods 800 nursing staff from 400 community hospitals in Jinzhou City, I.iaoning Province, were investigated by the application of Self--Rating Anxiety ScaIe(SAS), nurses Depression Seale(GDS), Quality of Life ScaIe(MOS SF--36) from March to November of 2014. to investigateAnxiety, depression and their quality of life among these caregivers were analyzed. Results The anxiety rate of the nurses was 44.5%, The depression rate of the nurses was 50.8%. The nursing staff anxiety and depression scores, and nursing situation and quality of life scores for each dimension score was negatively correlated, that the nurses who had higher anxiety and depression scores would have lower quality of life. Caregiver anxiety, depression and its correlation coefficient between the overall health was r=-0. 425, r=-0.426, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions The incidence of anxiety and depression in the community nursing staff was high. Community hospital managers should pay attention to nurses' anxiety, depression and other emotional problems, in order to improve the quality of life of caregivers.
