Sensor data transmission reliability scheme design based on Ethernet

摘要 为提高棉麻纤维纱线晶变改性成套装备传感器数据传输可靠性,设计基于以太网的传感器数据传输可靠性方案。上位机根据通讯过程中下位机的返回码判断数据传输过程是否正常;在可能出故障的地方设置陷阱程序,对故障定位;在通讯正常时,须判断数据跳动范围是否超限。在PLC控制器中,设计软件看门狗程序,监控数据传输故障。现场运行结果表明,该方案能及时准确识别各种数据传输故障,提高了传感器数据传输的可靠性。 To improve the data transmission reliability of complete sets of equipment in the cotton and linen fiber yarn crystal change modification,a sensor data transmission reliability scheme was designed based on Ethernet.The upper computer judged whether data transmission process was normal according to the return code.Trap program was set to locate the fault in where might be out of order.Whether the range of data beating was normal was judged.A watchdog program was designed to monitor data transmission fault in the PLC controller.The scheme can timely and accurately identify all kinds of data transmission faults in real application,and improves the reliability of the sensor data transmission.
