风药对肝郁脾虚型UC大鼠免疫功能及氧化应激水平的影响 被引量:6

Therapeutic Effects of Fengyao on Immune Function and Oxidate Stress in Ulcerative Colitis of Experimental Rats with Spleen Deifciency and Liver Depression

摘要 目的:观察风药对肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠免疫功能紊乱及氧化应激水平的影响.方法:选用W istar大鼠,按照随机数字表法分为空白对照组、模型组、痛泻要方加风药组、痛泻要方组、痛泻要方去风药组,每组10只,采用病证结合法复制U C大鼠模型后,分别给予痛泻要方加风药、痛泻要方、痛泻要方祛风药灌胃治疗,模型对照组和正常对照组给予生理盐水,4周后,检测各组血清T NF-α、IL-2含量,结肠黏膜C AT活性、MDA含量的变化.结果:与空白组对照比较,模型组大鼠血清T NF-α和结肠黏膜MDA显著升高(P<0.01),血清IL-2含量和结肠黏膜C AT活性显著降低(P<0.01);经药物灌胃治疗后与模型组比较,痛泻要方加风药、痛泻要方和痛泻要方去风药组大鼠血清T NF-α和结肠黏膜MDA含量下降,血清I L-2含量和结肠黏膜CAT活性升高、其中尤以痛泻要方加风药组有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论:风药对U C模型大鼠有一定的治疗作用,其可能机制与调节免疫和清除氧自由基有关. OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Fengyao on immune function and oxidate stress in Ulcerative Colitis of Experimental Rats with Spleen Deifciency and Liver Depression. METHODS The healthy Wistar rats are randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group,model group,TXYF + Fengyao,TXYF and TXYF-Fangfeng group (n=10 rats per group). After establishing UC model with TCM Symptom, the rats of the model and positive groups are fed with TXYF+Fengyao, TXYF and TXYF-Fangfeng, and rats of the control group are fed with normal saline. And then, the TNF-α、IL-2 content in Serum and CAT activity, MDA content in Intestinal mucosa tissue are detected after 4 weeks in different groups. RESULTS Compared with those in normal group,the TNF-α content in Serum and MDA Content in Insestina mucsa tissue of model group are increased obviously (P〈0.01),the IL-2 content in Serum and CAT activity, MDA content in Intestinal mucosa tissue are decreased obviously(P〈0.01). Compared with those in model group, the TNF-αconten in Serum and MDA Content in Insestina mucsa tissue are decreased, the IL-2 content in Serum and CAT activity,in Intestinal mucosa tissue are increased in TXYF+carminative,TXYF and TXYF-Fangfeng group,TXYF+Fengyao have significant statistical differences (P〈0.01,△P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Fengyao have certain therapeutic effect on UC rats,and the mechanism may be associated with regulating immunity and scavenging ability of oxygen free radicals.
