摘要
对于目前淡水鱼新鲜度测量存在的精度低、速度慢等问题,设计了一种基于生物阻抗技术的测量系统.系统利用AT89C52单片机分别产生1KHz和10KHz的激励电流信号,施加在鲫鱼鱼体腮部平行于测线方向,通过测量电极的电压值,最终得到鱼体的新鲜度.并与化学法的测试结果进行对比,系统测量准确度达95%,可以作为淡水鱼新鲜度检测使用.
The freshness measurement system of freshwater fish is developed for the problem of low precision and speed system. And the 1KHz and 10KHz current pumping signals generated by AT89C52 microcontroller are applied to electrode contacting gills paralleled to the line direction. The voltage across the measuring electrode is measured to obtain the fish freshness. Compared with test results measured by chemical method, the system accuracy reached to 95%. Hence, it could be used to test the freshness of freshwater fish availably.
