食肉动物细小病毒结构蛋白VP2的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 食肉动物细小病毒主要包括犬细小病毒(Canine parvovirus,CPV)、水貂肠炎病毒(Mink enteritis virus,MEV)及猫泛白细胞减少症病毒(Feline panleukopenia virus,FPV),属于细小病毒科、细小病毒属。这些病毒具有很高的亲缘关系,基因组核苷酸及蛋白质序列相似性高达98%以上,并且呈全球性流行。细小病毒引起的疾病对我国犬科、猫科及鼬科等动物危害非常严重,并造成较大的经济损失。
