低危妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤化疗现状及耐药发生相关因素 被引量：8

摘要 妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤（GTN）已经成为目前治愈率最高的实体瘤，在存在广泛转移的情况下，仍可获得高于90％的治愈率。而低危GTN的5年总生存率则几乎达到了100％。本文将重点对低危GTN的化疗现状及其耐药相关的危险因素进行分析。1 低危妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的定义 2000年之前主要依据世界卫生组织（WHO）的GTN预后评分进行分层、制定化疗方案及预测治疗的有效性。
