近年来LED灯发展迅速,其中的带罩LED灯在室内照明中的应用日益广泛并引起了生产企业和消费者的高度关注,对LED室内照明的要求也越来越高。为消除带罩LED灯珠由于发光面积小而产生的眩光,获得光线柔和舒适的效果,光扩散涂料是1个理想选择。阐述LED灯用光扩散涂料的作用机理、种类、性能参数以及其应用,对比玻璃涂层外壳与塑胶材料外壳以及玻璃光扩散涂层与传统荧光粉涂层的参数、特性。通过对有机溶剂型、水乳型、水溶性3种类型光扩散涂料的对比,分析光扩散涂料应用的发展方向,给出光扩散涂料应用需关注的要点。

With the rapid development of LED lamps in recent years, the covered LED lamps which are widely used in the indoor lighting have drawn the attention of the manufacturers and consumers, and the requirements to the indoor LED lighting is also getting higher and higher. In order to eliminate the glare problems caused by the small light area of LEDs, and achieve soft and comfortable light, light diffusion coating is an ideal choice. This paper describes the theory, types, properties and applications of LED light diffusion coating materials, compares the coated glass cover with the plastic cover and the light diffusion coating with the traditional phosphor powder coating in respects of the parameters and characteristics. Through the comparison of organic solvent light diffusion coating, emulsion light diffusion coating and water-soluble light diffusion, the development trend of the light diffusion coating application is analyzed, and the key points in the light diffusion coating applied in LED lamps are provided.
