摘要
研究了用高压液相色谱外标法测定壳低聚糖含量的方法。用Shodex公司的AsahipakNH2P 5 0 4E柱 ,V水∶V乙腈 =35∶6 5为流动相 ,壳低聚糖可以得到很好的分离 (到 8糖 )。
A HPLC method for the determination of chitooligosaccharides by the NH2P 50 4E column was established. A mixture of water and methyl cyanide in the ratio of V H 2O ∶ V CH 3CN =35∶65 was used as the mobile phase. Chitooligosaccharides can be separated to octchitooligosaccharides.
