摘要
会厌囊肿患者可能在全身麻醉后发生面罩通气困难及气管插管困难，一般多采用清醒气管插管。文中描述1例巨大会厌囊肿患者，通过逐渐镇静进行快速通气评估。成功避免清醒气舒插管。
Patients with epiglottic cysts have the likelihood of difficult ventilation and difficult intubation. Therefore, awake intuhation is commonly applied. This ease report deserihes a patient with an epiglottic cyst avoided awake intubation successfully following a rapid ventilation assessment protocol with stepwise increased sedation level.
