脑电双频指数评估心搏骤停患者神经功能预后的研究进展

摘要 背景心肺复苏后脑损伤是心搏骤停患者神经功能预后不良的主要原因,但是早期对心搏骤停患者神经功能预后做出判断是极其困难的。大量临床研究证实脑电双频指数(bispectralindex,BIS)是评估心搏骤停患者神经功能预后的良好工具,并在临床研究中得到了证实。目的综述BIS监测评估心搏骤停患者神经功能预后的价值。内容将近年来BIS监测在评估脑缺血/缺氧性损伤中的应用及心搏骤停患者神经功能预后方面的研究进行简要综述。趋向随着BIS监测在心搏骤停患者神经功能评估中的临床应用与研究,将对其今后的发展与完善提供依据。 Background Brain injury is the main reason for the unfavourable neurological outcome after cardiac arrest, however, predicting the neurological outcome after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is extremely difficult in early. Bisctral index is a good tool for assessment of neurological prognosis of patient, has been proved in clinical studies. Objective This review aims to summarize the value of bispectral monitoring in neurological prognosis of patients with cardiac arrest. Content The paper will briefly review the BIS monitoring in assessment of cerebral prognosis of patients sufferring cerebral ischemia/anoxic injury and cardiac arrest. Trend Bispectral monitoring should be deeply developed and improved, as its application for predicting neurological prognosis of patient with cardiac arrest.
