多元视域下独立学院英语教师未来技能的发展方向

The Future Direction of English Teachers in Independent College from Multiple Perspective

目前我国的经济形势不断发展,对于人才的要求不断细分,在对能力水平越来越看重的大环境下,针对我国目前的独立学院的英语教学现状,本文分析了目前独立学院英语教学中英语教师存在的问题和盲点,以及相对应的改良策略和针对于独立学院英语教师未来技能发展方向做出了探究和思考,以期为未来独立学院英语教师技能发展方向提供参考视角和智力支持。

Under the backdrop of rapid development of economy in our country and the more specific demand for talents and their ability, we analyzed the current situation of English Teaching in independent colleges of our country, the existing problems and blind spots. The corresponding improvement strategies and the future skill development trend of the English teachers in these colleges are explored and considered. This paper offers a reference angle and intelligence support for the teachers＇ development.
