牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗带状疱疹相关性疼痛的效果及对血清IL-2、TNF-α的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治疗带状疱疹相关性疼痛(ZAP)的临床效果及其对外周血白细胞介素(IL)-2、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α等免疫因子的影响。方法以我院2013年12月~2014年12月收治的45例ZAP患者为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组,A组给予常规抗病毒加牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液治疗,B组给予常规抗病毒加卡马西平治疗,采用VAS评分法评价治疗前后的疼痛强度,并作对比分析,测定所有患者治疗后血清IL-2、TNF-α的水平。结果 A组抑制疼痛有效率明显高于B组(P〈0.05),治疗后A组血清IL-2的水平显著高于B组(P〈0.05),TNF-α水平显著低于B组(P〈0.05)。结论牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物可能通过免疫调节等多种作用治疗ZAP患者的神经病理性疼痛,临床效果显著。 Objective To observe the effect of the extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus for injection in the treatment of patients with zoster-associated pain(ZAP)and its influence on serum interleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor-α level. Methods 45 cases patients who had treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the objects of the study.All patients were divided into group A and group B,group A was treated with conventional antiviral therapy and the extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus for injection,group B was treated with conventional antiviral therapy and carbamazepine.After the completion of the 14 days treatment course,the therapeutic effects were evaluated using visual analogue scale (VAS),and the changes in serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels after treatment were measured. Results There was significant difference between group A and B in therapeutic effect rate(P〈0.05).The serum level of IL-2 in group A was significantly higher than that group B,TNF-α in group A was sig-nificantly lower than group B after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion The extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus has definite effects for rapid pain relief,and plays a positive role in immunological function of patients with ZAP.
