肝硬化患者血小板参数与凝血酶原时间的临床检验价值

Clinical examination value of prothrombin time and platelet of patients with liver cirrhosis

目的分析血小板(PLT)参数与凝血酶原时间(PT)在肝硬化患者临床检验中的价值。方法抽取100例肝硬化患者作为实验组,依据患者合并出血或者是无出血的情况将其分为出血组与非出血组,其中出血组45例患者,非出血组55例患者;另外抽取同期来我院进行体检的50例健康人员作为对照组。对其进行PLT参数与PT的检测。结果肝硬化患者的PLT参数与PT与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),出血肝硬化患者与非出血肝硬化患者的PLT参数与PT比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PLT参数与PT可以作为临床检验肝硬化患者出血情况以及肝功能损害程度的评价指标,具有重要的检验价值,值得在临床诊断中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of prothrombin time and platelet in the clinical examination of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods One hundred patients with liver cirrhosis were selected as the experiment group.These patients were divided into the bleeding group （45 patients） and the non-bleeding group （55 patients） according to whether the patient was complicated by bleeding or not.In addition,50 healthy people who received physical examination in our hos-pital in the corresponding period were selected as the control group.The prothrombin time and platelet were detected. Results There were statistically significant differences between the patients with liver cirrhosis and the control group in the platelet and prothrombin time （P〈0.05）,and there were statistically significant differences between the patients with bleeding and the patients without bleeding in the platelet and prothrombin time （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Platelet and thrombin time can be served as the evaluation indicators for the clinical examination of bleeding situation and liver function injury degree of the patients with liver cirrhosis and have important examination value,thereby worthy of pro-motion and in clinical diagnosis.
