摘要
绩效管理是医院管理的重要内容,对提升医院科学化管理水平、优化医院的运行质态具有重要意义。本文在对医院实施绩效管理前的存在问题分析基础上,通过采取完善绩效管理的一系列举措,如理念教育、绩效管理体系的构建与实施等,使得医院的运行质态得到不断优化,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Performance management is an important concept within hospital management because it enhances organi-zation at the scientific level and optimizes the quality of the hospital operation.This paper aims to optimize hospital quality by assessing a series of measures on the construction and implementation of an ideal educational and perfor-mance management system.These measures are based on an analysis of the existing problems that was conducted prior to the implementation of the performance management.The protocol derived from these findings can potentially lead to economic and social benefits.
