摘要
药学专业大专生就业竞争力是药学大专生适应社会和用人单位需求的素质和能力,是其获取工作和职业发展的关键因素;获取药学专业大专生就业竞争力评价指标,是客观评价药学大专生就业能力,推动药学大专教育改革的关键性工作。本文通过对药学大专生就业竞争力的内涵、构成要素的探讨和归纳,筛选出常用评价指标,并通过应届毕业生和用人单位对评价指标认可度的调查与统计,对评价指标进行分析,初步建立药学专业大专生就业竞争力评价指标系统。
The employment competitiveness is the basic quality and ability for junior college students majored in phar-macy to meet society and employers’needs, as well as the key factor for them to land a job and develop a successful career.Their employment competitiveness evaluation index can objectively evaluate the students’employment competi-tiveness and greatly promote the reform of pharmaceutical education in junior college level.Through analysis and induc-tion of basic content and components of the index, some most frequently-used evaluation indexes are selected.On the basis of investigation and statistic work on graduates and employers’approval on above mentioned evaluation index, the preliminary employment index system is established.
