Strategy and Method of Expedited Cargo Source Organization in Railway Transportation under Freight Organization Reform Environment

快捷货物货源组织的好坏直接影响铁路快捷货运的服务质量和运输效益。在分析铁路货运组织改革对快捷货运影响的基础上,提出了可行的铁路快捷货物货源组织方法,探讨了各种方法的适用性;进而提出了统筹考虑货主需求和铁路效益的快捷货物货源组织策略,并对每一种策略进行了详细论述,为新时期的铁路快捷货物运输组织工作提供参考。

In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the influence of the railway freight transport organization reform on the expedited transportation, we proposed some feasible means of organization of cargo sources in expedited railway transportation, discussed their specific applicability before proposing the strategies to organize the expedited cargo sources that considered both the demand of the consignor and the benefit of the railway service provider, and at the end, introduced in detail each of the them.
