摘要
通过对港口拖轮作业过程的分析,运用e M-plant软件分别建立单停泊基地和多停泊基地两种作业模式下的港口拖轮作业系统仿真模型。以拖轮平均利用率和货船在港时间作为评价指标,进行多级实验,对实验结果进行纵向比较得出不同模式下的合理拖轮配置方案,对结果进行横向比较分析出三种拖轮作业模式的优劣。
In this paper, through analyzing the working process of the terminal tugboats, we used the eM-plant software to build respectively the terminal tugboat operation system simulation model oriented toward a single-berth base and a multi-berth base, then with the average tugboat utility rate and vessel in-terminal time as the evaluation benchmark, carried out a multi-level test, and at the end, according to the result of the test, compared the advantage and weakness of three operation modes.
