摘要
指出处于发展初期的菜鸟驿站存在网点选取无序、运输成本较高等一系列问题。通过聚类模型对无效的网点进行剔除和优化,采用重心法选取"配送中心"式仓库有效解决运输成本问题,并通过优化使各网点合理分配,使加盟商和快递企业的利益得到保障。
In this paper, we pointed eut the existing problems for the Rookie Station which was still at its incipient stage; and then we eliminated and optimized the ineffective network nodes using the cluster model and lowered its transportation cost by selecting the DC-styled warehouse using the center- of- gravity method so as to guarantee the interests of the participant businesses and the express delivery enterprises.
