摘要
在综合了选址、运输方式的选择以及生产安排的石油供应链中考虑了碳排放因素,并结合碳税政策进行分析。将原油来源分为自有油田生产和直接进口两类。基于自有油田原油价格相对稳定而进口原油价格在实际中具有波动性的特点,建立了一种两阶段随机模型。初步的数值结果表明,在考虑碳因素的情况下,石油供应链对管道运输方式和进口原油更加偏好,从而可以有效降低碳排放量。
In this paper, we included the carbon emissions factor into the location allocation, transportation means selection and production scheduling of the petroleum supply chain, and then analyzed the influence of the carbon tax policy. Then in view of the characteristics of the price of crude oil produced from self-owned oilfields and of the imported oil, we built a two-stage stochastic model and through a numerical example on a particular oil supply chain, found that it preferred importing the crude oil through pipeline transportation.
