摘要 首先对新能源汽车供应链的发展现状与特点进行分析,接着对供应链风险进行定义,阐述风险特点,比较其与传统汽车风险的不同。然后引入了SCOR模型,从5个基本阶段对供应链风险进行识别,再采用问卷调查法,对识别得到的31个风险因素进行判断,最终确定了19个风险因素,以构建新能源汽车供应链风险评价指标体系。最后采用层次分析法和模糊层次分析法对供应链风险进行评估。 In this paper, we first analyzed the current development status and characteristics of the new energy automobile supply chain, then defined the supply chain risk, introduced the characteristics of the risks and compared them with those of the traditional automobile supply chain. Next. we introduced in the SCOR model, identified the risks of the supply chain in five stages, next through questionnaire survey, analyzed the 31 risk factors to determine the 19 key risk factors and build the corresponding risk evaluation index system, and at the end. using AHP and fuzzy AHP, evaluated the risks of the supply chain.
