摘要
针对当前市场上没有面向烟草企业的物流生产线实训系统的现状,结合某卷烟厂成品库物流系统的组成及工艺特点,采用模块化的设计方法开发一套满足卷烟厂实际需求的物流生产线实训系统,用于其维修电工职业技能培训以及物流设备的应用创新实验,分析了实训系统的组成及工艺特点,从面向设计的角度对实训系统进行了模块划分,通过对模块结构特征分析建立相应的零部件库;通过调用库中零部件组合成所需要的功能模块;通过对功能模块的组合完成实训系统的模块化设计。
In this paper, in view of the current absence of the practical training system for the tobacco enterprise oriented logistics production lines, and in connection with the composition and technical characteristics of the finished product warehouse logistics system of a certain cigarette factory, we used the modular design methodology to develop a logistics production line practical training system that suited the practical needs of the factory, then we analyzed the composition and technical characteristics of the practical training system, and at the end, from a design-oriented perspective, modularized the functionality and structure of system.
