摘要
阐述了职业素养及其训练评价体系的内涵,提出了物流服务与管理专业全程职业素养训练的培养目标与定位、课程体系构建以及实践创新途径。
In this paper, we introduced the connotation of the occupational quality and its training and evaluation system, and then proposed the objective and positioning for the whole-process occupational quality training for the logistics service and management specialty as well as the establishment of the curricular system and the path of its practical innovation.
