耐克专利研发组织网络演进对研发绩效影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以知识管理理论、社会网络分析等理论为基础。运用Ucinet6.0软件构建耐克专利研发的组织网络和IPC技术共生网络,通过SPSS统计软件对上述两个网络有关指标进行相关性分析。结果表明:耐克专利研发组织网络的规模上有了很大发展,已形成了松散耦合组织。组织网络规模的发展对耐克专利研发的产出、研发范围及深度均有密切联系;耐克专利研发组织网络发展指标与IPC专利技术共生网络指标存在不同程度的相关性,从专利研发组织网络的角度验证了组织网络结构发展对智能资本影响的结论。受专利研发人员数量所限,现阶段我国企业难以构建完善的专利研发组织网络,制约了我国体育专利研发绩效提升。借鉴耐克专利研发组织网络的发展规律,认为增加研发成员人数,积极开展非正式专利研发,挖掘企业内部技能型知识在专利研发中的作用,实现研发人员与一线工人在专利研发中的合作;加强与企业外的交流与合作,选择适合企业实际的创新模式,加强与其他企业、高校、科研机构等的联系;创造良好的知识共享氛围是完善我国企业专利研发组织网络结构不可或缺的条件,完善的组织网络结构有利于提升我国的专利研发绩效。 Based on the theory of knowledge management, social network analysis, Ucinet6. 0 software was used to construct the organization network and IPC technology of Nike patent research and development. SPSS statistical software was applied in analyzing the relevant indicators of the above two networks. The results showed that the scale of the organization of the development of the Nike patent research organization had been greatly developed, and formed a loose cou- pling structure. The development of organization network was closely related to the output, the research scope and the depth of the development of Nike patents. Nike's patent research and development organization had different degree of correlation with the IPC patent technology. Limited by the number of patent research and development, China's enterprises were difficult to build a sound organization of patent research and development organization, which restricted the development of sports patent research and development performance. Drawing on the development of the Internet, what could be done was to increase the number of R & D members, carry out the informal patent research and develop therole of knowledge in patent research and development, strengthen communication and cooperation with other enterprises, strengthen the innovation mode, and strengthen the network structure of our country's enterprises.
