介绍了青海盐湖工业股份有限公司46万t/a PVC生产装置低汞触媒的使用情况,分析了降低低汞触媒单耗的措施——控制原料气中的水分、调节反应温度和原料气的空间流速等。该措施实施后,生产1 t PVC消耗低汞触媒1.11-1.18 kg。
The application situation of low-level mercury catalysts in 460 kt/a PVC production facility of Qinghai Salt Lake Industrial Co.,Ltd. was introduced. Measures to reduce the consumption of low-level mercury catalysts were analyzed,such as controlling water content of the rawgas,adjusting reaction temperature and feed gas space velocity. After the measures were carried out,the consumption of low-level mercury catalysts was reduced to 1. 11- 1. 18 kg per ton of PVC.
