摘要
针对氯醋共聚后未反应单体直接采用压缩冷凝回收技术存在的问题进行了技术改造,采用常压蒸馏技术分离氯乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯,并增加了乙醛在线监测装置和碱洗塔,改造后氯乙烯回收率可达98%~99%,醋酸乙烯酯回收率可达95% ~96%.
In order to solve the problems existing in compression condensation process of recovering unreacted monomer from vinyl chloride -vinyl acetate copolymerization, transformations were carry out. Atmospheric distillation was adopted to separate vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, and an acetaldehyde on -line monitoring device and an alkali washing tower were added, so that recovery rate of vinyl chlo-ride and vinyl acetate reached 98% -99% and 95% -96% ,respectively.
