摘要
研究了氯化钠 -硫氰酸铵 -十六烷基氯化吡啶 -水体系浮选分离锌 ( )的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。结果表明 ,在 1.0 g固体 Na Cl存在下 ,当硫氰酸铵 (0 .1mol/L )和十六烷基氯化吡啶(0 .0 1m ol/L)溶液的用量均为 2 .0 m L 时 ,控制 p H值为 4.0 ,Zn( )可被该体系浮选 ,而 Cd( )、Co( )、Ni( )、Mn( )、F e( )、Al( )不被浮选 ,可实现 Zn( )与这些离子的定量分离 ,对合成水样的定量浮选分离 。
The flotation separation behaviour of zinc(Ⅱ) by sodium chloride ammonium thiocyanate cetylpyridinium chloride(CPC) water system and the separation conditions for zinc(Ⅱ) with other metal ions have been studied. The results showed that in the presence of 1 0 g solid NaCl, 2 0 mL NH 4SCN(0 1 mol/L) and CPC(0 01 mol/L), Zn(Ⅱ) could be separated completely in a mixture solution (pH=4 0) containing Cd(Ⅱ)?Co(Ⅱ)?Ni(Ⅱ)?Mn(Ⅱ)?Fe(Ⅱ)and Al(Ⅲ) by flotation process . The method was used in separation of Zn(Ⅱ) in synthetic multiple ion mixture solution with satisfactory result.
