反渗透后高盐废水浓缩技术进展 被引量:33

摘要 介绍了现有反渗透后高盐水浓缩技术中具有代表性的蒸发塘、多效蒸馏、机械压缩再蒸发、电渗析以及膜蒸馏等技术的原理、优势、局限性以及应用进展,提出了基于高效电驱离子膜的高盐水高效节能浓缩新技术,并以具体应用案例进行了分析评价。认为与现有技术相比,利用电驱离子膜高效电渗析处理高盐水技术在投资、能耗、处理成本等方面具有显著的优势,推广应用前景广阔。 The existing concentration technologies including evaporation pond, multi-effect distillation, mechanical vapor recompression, electrodialysis(ED) and membrane distillation were introduced in the aspects of principles, advantages, disadvantages and the progress of research application.Furthermore, a novel effective brine concentration process based on electricity drive ion exchange membrane was proposed, and an application case was also evaluated. It was believed that the electricity drive ion exchange membrane process has notable advantages in capital cost, energy consumption and operating cost compared with existing technologies, which has broad prospects in future application.
