Fe-C-接触氧化-混凝沉淀-活性炭组合工艺处理中西药混合废水 被引量:1

摘要 为高效地处理中西药混合废水,以江西某公司中西药混合废水(西药生产废水、中药提取废水)为例,采用铁碳微电解(Fe-C)-接触氧化-混凝沉淀-活性炭组合工艺对该废水进行处理。调试结果显示,当p H=4、停留时间为60 min时,对废水COD去除率达到最大(约61%);当接触氧化池挂膜成功且系统稳定运行后,出水符合GB 21906-2008的要求,且运行费用较低(为2.44元/m3)。表明该废水组合工艺可经济、高效地处理中西药混合废水。 To deal with Chinese and western medicine mixed wastewater, a combined process of iron carbon micro electrolysis-contact oxidation- coagulating sedimentation-active carbon was used with mixed wastewater which contained western medicine production wastewater and traditional Chinese medicine extraction wastewater from a pharmaceutical company in Jiangxi province as the sample. Debugging results showed that when p H=4 and residence time was 60 min, the maximum efficiency of COD reached in wastewater treatment(about 61%). When in the contact oxidation pool biofilm culturing succeeded and the operation of the system was stable, the effluent water quality could meet the requirements of GB 21906-2008, and the operation cost was only2.44 ¥/m^3. This mixed process could be cost-efficient for Chinese and western medicine wastewater treatment.
