沙美特罗丙酸氟替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察沙美特罗丙酸氟替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效,探讨其应用价值。方法 174例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,按照完全随机法分为实验组和对照组,每组87例。对照组采用多索茶碱片和沙丁胺醇治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用沙美特罗丙酸氟替卡松治疗,评价两组的治疗效果。结果治疗结束后两组患者的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值%(FEV1%)、FEV1\用力肺活量、COPD评估测试评分(CAT评分)与治疗前相比均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组上述指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗丙酸氟替卡松能够有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的通气情况,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。
