The Existence,Basic Characteristics and Development Trend of Chinese PPP

近年来,中国式PPP取得一定的进展;相对于国外,政府与社会资本合作在我国尚属新生事物。在此背景下,研究中国式PPP的存在性、基本特征和发展趋势并得出结论:在政策驱动和改革驱动下,中国式PPP的发展将主要从GSP逐步演化为PSP,而非直接地复制西方式的PPP。

In recent years,we has been seen the development of China＇s PPP. The Chinese government and social capital cooperation（PPP）belongs to the new things relatively. Based on the background,this paper studies the existence,basic characteristics and development trend of Chinese PPP. The conclusion shows that,driven by the policy and reform,the development of Chinese PPP will evolve gradually from the GSP into the PSP,but not copy the western PPP directly.
