基于实测的旧水泥路面薄层罩面动力响应研究

摘要 选取4种结构的试验段,通过埋设应力应变传感器,监测加速荷载作用下沥青加铺层层底动力响应,研究了轴重、车速等外部环境对“白加黑”路面结构动力的影响规律,对比了多碎石大空隙沥青面层与普通沥青混凝土面层的结构动力响应。结果表明,沥青加铺层层底压应力和应变均与车速呈反对数变化关系,相同荷载下,弯沉大的应变和应力是弯沉小的1.0~1.2倍;7cm沥青加铺层层底应变是18cm沥青加铺层的4倍左右。多碎石大空隙沥青面层能够部分吸收和消散基层顶部传递的应力和应变。 In order to detect the dynamic response of accelerate loading facility at the bottom of the asphalt overlays, four structures of the test section have been built, and set-in sensors have been used, and the influence of the axle load, speed and other external environment on white and black pavement structure dynamic have been studied; while the difference between the more gravel and pore asphalt overlays and ordinary asphalt concrete has been studied. The results have shown that the stress and strain of the bottom of the asphalt overlays is against the speed ; the strain and stress of pavement with larger flexure is 1.0 - 1. 2 times of those with smaller flexure; the strain of pavement with 7cm is 4 times of asphalt overlay with 18cm; asphalt surface layer with more gravel and pore can absorb and dissipate the stress and strain passing from the top of the base.
