摘要
传统的社会保障学课程教学却存在诸多问题,没能充分发挥学生的主体性,同时也阻碍了对学生创新精神和创新能力的培养。本文运用"四位一体"的教学模式理念,尝试在课程教学中将专题型知识讲授、交流型课堂讨论、学习型组织氛围和体验式社会实践结合起来,提升教学效果和教学质量。
There are many problems of course teaching of "Social Security', such as failing to give full play to students" subjectivity and preventing the cultivation of students" innovative spirit and innovative ability. Using the "four-in-one" teaching patterns, the paper attempts to discuss how to improve the teaching with subject knowledge teaching in teaching, exchange of classroom discussions, combines atmosphere of learning organization and experience the social practice, which will enhance teaching effectiveness and quality.
