摘要
本文从美国大学终身教授制度不断完善的视角阐述了该制度之于我国高等院校人事制度改革的可借鉴性。非终身教职不是终身教授制度的终结,而是终身教授制度的有效补充;终身后评审制度的目的是促进教师发展,与终身教授制度一起构成更高效的教师管理制度。
This article from the perspective of American university tenured professor system constantly improve, expounds the system of colleges and universities in our country can helps for the personnel system reform. The tenure is not the end of a tenured professor system, but to complement the tenured professor system; Life after re- view system aims to promote the development of the teachers, and tenured professor system together form the teacher management system more efficient.
