摘要
女性就业难的问题,是世界范围内面临的社会问题,造成这一现象的主要因素是女大学生个体的就业思想观念和社会对女大学的就业歧视等原因。本文探析当代女大学生就业观念所存在的主要问题,用调查研究的方式针对女大学生就业中出现的问题,帮助其积极主动实现就业,最终使得个人价值与社会主义核心价值得到统一。
The difficult problem of female employment is a social problem in the world, which is the main factor that causes the phenomenon of female college students employment ideas and social factors. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the contemporary female college students employment ideas, and uses the methods of in- vestigation and research to help them to achieve employment, and ultimately make the individual value and the so- cialist core value he unified.
