Effective teaching promotes Master degree candidates development as core and provides a positive per- spective for the cultivation of high-level application-oriented talents. In order to develop the cultivation of postgradu- ate professional degree education, occupational, practical and flexible should be persevered. Effective teaching standards and experiences are valuable for reference in construction of curriculum system, building of the faculty team, selection of teaching methods as well as organization of teaching process, and the quality of talents cultivation should be guar- anteed.
