摘要
微信公众平台具有操作的便捷性、信息的时效性、内容的多元性、统计的精准性等特点,高校可以利用微信公众平台开展就业信息传递、就业政策解答、用户数据分析、就业状况调查等服务。结合当前微信公众平台在就业指导工作的应用现状,在利用微信公众平台过程中,高校应提高服务意识,建立管理机制,加强团队建设,把握用户特点,重视统计分析,从而构建全方位的就业指导服务,探索就业指导工作的新途径,促进大学毕业生更加充分与高质量就业。
With the operation of convenience, the information of timeliness, thecontent of diversity, statistical pre- cision characteristics, colleges can use WeChat public platform for passing employment information and policy, analy- sising the users" data and the survey of employment. Combined with the current situation of employment guidance work, in the use of WeChat public platform process, colleges should improve the service conscioussness, establish the management mechanism, strengthen the Group-buildlng, pay attention to the users" characteristics, statistical analy- sis, so as to build a full range of employment guidance service, explore new ways of employment guidance work, promote a more sufficient and high quality employment.
