网络环境下的民族高校图书馆报刊服务的新探索——以中央民族大学图书馆为例

The thesis points out the disadvantages of traditional service of newspapersand periodicals and the re- form trendof current service pattern, and discusses the construction of dynamic three-dimensional service mode, from the aspects of strengthening the construction and utilizationof library characteristic collection, improving the manage- ment and serviceof newspapers and periodicals, and so on.
