加强和改进大学生党支部建设的对策探讨

大学生党支部可以有效的贯彻党的路线、方针和政策,是大学生组织的政治核心,在高校中具有十分重要的地位。然而目前在组织建设以及制度建设等方面存在不足。因此,应该建立三级互动的工作机制,科学设置党支部,加强党员理想信念教育,加强对党员的监督考核,建设高素质党支部工作队伍等,切实提高党支部工作水平。
