悖论与消解:高校辅导员队伍建设刍议 被引量:3

摘要 高校辅导员的作用十分重要,但由于相关各方长期对辅导员的职责定位不明晰、分工使用不合理,使他们面临着严峻的角色冲突,甚至导致发展悖论。需要按照人才培养规律和辅导员队伍建设的要求,着力于构建辅导员的合理分工体系,一方面辅导员个体要着力提升自身素质,另一方面高校按照其个体需求各得其所、根据分工各尽所能、发挥特长个性发展,从而消解悖论,促进队伍建设。当然,也要正确把握辅导员发展悖论对个体素质提升、角色适应的作用。 It is beyond doubt that college instructors play a crucial role in college students management in many respects; however long-term vague identity orientation of them and frequent multiply assignment imparting to them re- sult in their identity conflicts, even development paradox. Solutions to the paradox should be focused on constructing an efficient-and-balanced assignments imparting system, which features identity corresponding with their individual needs to their capabilities, so to ultimately enhance the overall team construction, according to the nature and the re- quirements of cadre team building. Meanwhile, the function of the system should be well incorporated with the para- dox's effects on the instructors" quality lifting and identity adapting on their actual posts.
