“四个学会”导向下关于促进高职生可持续发展的思考

在高职生数量不断增长的情况下,存在人文素养不高、综合能力和学习能力较差、学习动力不足、美感教育缺乏等质量问题。站在培养适应社会需求的技能型高素质人才角度上,结合教育学和心理学相关知识,文章从转变观念认知、改变高职教育模式、加强校园文化建设三个方面阐述如何促进高职生可持续发展。

In the case of the Higher Vocational Students quantity is increasing, there are some quality problems, such as lower humanistic quality, comprehensive ability and learning ability is not good, lack of motivation and aes- thetic education and so on. From thel perspective of cultivating the skilled high-quality personnel that meet the social needs, combined with knowledge of pedagogy and psychology, this thesis explains how to promote Higher Vocational Students sustainable development from changing concepts of cognitive, changing vocational education model and strengthening the construction of campus culture in three aspects.
