摘要
注重学生技能培养效果的"输出型"教学方式,为高职法律课堂经常采用。实践中这一教学方式兼具开发学生潜能、直观体现成效的优势和拖延教学进程、转移课堂关注点的困扰,从而提出下一步能从准确界定内涵、提升教师掌控力和开发共享资源库等方面进行改进和完善,以期待其发挥更大的作用。
