摘要
在本科实验教学中发现,以异丙醇为原料采用重铬酸氧化法制备丙酮的实验中,存在收集馏分范围较宽,不易控制,且产品纯度低等问题。本文对制备装置进行改进,对合成工艺条件进行优化,获得了纯度较高的产品。
In undergraduate experiment teaching, the dichromate oxidation method was used to prepare acetone using isopropyl alcohol as raw materials. We found it difficult to control the rate of reaction. The product purity was low because the range of collected fraction was wide. This aim of this paper is to attain high-purity product by im- proving the preparation device and optimizing the synthesis process.
