摘要
目的观察眩晕(颈性)与脑血流动力学之间的关系。方法以2012年7月-2013年11月门诊及病房收治的头晕患者62例为研究对象,应用经颅多普勒超声诊断仪(TCD)探测双侧MCA、ACA、VA及BA。结果血流速度增高者27例(43.55%),男12例(44.44%),女15例(55.56%),年龄25~70岁。血流速度减低者25例(40.32%),男4例(16%),女21例(84%),年龄25~71岁。且性别与不同年龄间血流速度比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论头晕患者的脑血流动力学改变主要为椎基底动脉血流速度改变有关,提示颈性眩晕与脑血流动力学的改变之间具有相关性。
Objective To observe the relationship between the dizziness( neck) and the cerebral hemodynamics.Methods From July 2012 to November 2013,62 cases of vertigo patients in outpatient department and wards were selected as the research object. The bilateral MCA and ACA,VA and BA were detected by using transcranial doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus( TCD). Results The blood flow velocity was increased in 27 cases( 43. 55%),male 12 cases( 44. 44%),female15 cases( 55. 56%),and aged from 25 to 70. The blood flow velocity decreased in 25 cases( 40. 32%),male( 16%),female21 cases( 84%),and aged form 25 to 71. And the difference between the gender and blood flow velocity in different ages was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The change of cerebral hemodynamics in patients with dizziness is mainly associated with vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity changes,with suggesting a correlation between cervical vertigo and the cerebral hemodynamic changes.
