叶酸干预治疗对H型老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平和主要心血管事件的影响研究

Effect of Folic Acid on Plasma Homocysteine Levels and Major Cardiovascular Events in Elderly Patients with H-type Hypertensive

目的：探讨叶酸干预治疗对H型老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平和主要心血管事件的影响。方法：将本院2010年1月-2013年1月收治的400例诊断为H型高血压的患者,随机等分为观察组和对照组各200例,对照组给予常规院内降压治疗配合院内健康教育,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用叶酸,疗程结束后对患者均行1-2年的随访,对两组患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平及主要心血管事件的发生率进行对比。结果：治疗后观察组血浆同型半胱氨酸水平为（10.1±3.2）μmol/L,明显低于治疗前和对照组水平,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组随访时共发生主要心血管事件14例,发生率为7.0%,明显低于对照组发生率18.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于H型老年高血压的患者而言,临床治疗中在降压治疗基础上加用叶酸,可有效调节血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,显著减少主要心血管事件。

Objective：To investigate the effect of folic acid on plasma homocysteine levels and major cardiovascular events in elderly patients with H-type hypertensive. Methods：400 cases of patients with H-type hypertensive in our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 January were divided randomly into observation group and control group of 200 cases,the control group received routine hospital antihypertensive treatment combined with health education while the observation group used of folic acid on basis of control group,the patients underwent follow-up 1~2 years after treatment. Plasma homocysteine levels and the incidence of major cardiovascular events of the two groups of patients were compared. Results：Plasma homocysteine of the observation group after the treatment was（10.1±3.2）μmol/L,significantly lower than that before treatment and the level of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Incidence rate of major cardiovascular events in observation group during the follow-up was 7.0% of 14 cases,significantly lower than 18.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05） of two group of comparison. Conclusion：For elderly patients with H type hypertension,the clinical treatment of antihypertensive therapy combined with folic acid can further regulate the plasma homocysteine levels and the incidence of major cardiovascular events which is worthy of clinical application.
